Engaging and caring for patients remotely is a challenge of the COVID-19 era. With help from subject matter experts we will explore the use of Health Information Technology tools such as patient portals, remote communications and monitoring, and telehealth to deliver high quality healthcare and reduce provider burden. Attendees will have the opportunity to make recommendations in a panel discussion on how the Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) can support community health centers meet these needs.
