STEVE SHORE COMMUNITY CATALYST AWARD
This award is given in honor of Mr. Steve Shore, NCCHCAs Executive Director from 1987 to 1998.  The award is a tribute to his commitment to improving the health and well-being of farmworkers.  Since 2003, NCCHCA awards one individual, program or agency whose work has incited positive change in the health and wellness of the farmworker community located in the conference host-state or predetermined cluster of states.  Click HERE to download a nomination form.
